The 31st ICDE World Conference 2027 will take place in the Philippines from 15-19 November 2027. It will be hosted by ICDE Institutional member, University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU).

Under the overarching theme “Reimagining Education for a Sustainable Future,” the conference will explore how inclusive, scalable education can respond to today’s most pressing challenges. Key focus areas include flexible learning pathways, the role of emerging technologies, new approaches to credentials and the future of work, and the importance of collaboration in education governance.

Hosted by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) in Cebu City, the conference will take place 15-19 November 2027 and bring together educators, policymakers, and leaders from around the world.
