Welcome to the third international Lillehammer Lifelong Learning ICDE Conference, 15-17 February 2023.

The Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and ICDE invites educators, employers, employees, researchers, experts, politicians, and others involved in competence development for adults to share knowledge and experiences, and together develop future solutions for lifelong learning and lifelong employability.

Taking place in Lillehammer, Norway, this three-day conference will build on the 2019 Lillehammer Lifelong Learning Road Map for Lifelong Employability. That year, some 400 participants from more than 30 countries across the globe met in Lillehammer for three unforgettable days.

This year, the call for papers has resulted in over 100 contributions from 30 countries, spanning every continent.
