SCOP is a golden opportunity for Rectors, Presidents, and Chief Executive Officers from open and distance teaching universities to meet in a closed and exclusive setting. The meeting is an arena for information exchange and cooperation building among policy level decision makers from open universities worldwide. It provides opportunities for the initiation of benchmarking studies and the establishment of advocacy activities, while also providing a forum for influencing ICDE’s strategy. The programme for the 2009 meeting will be published shortly, together with practical information about the event.
The Standing Conference of Presidents meeting is arranged on an annual basis exclusively for policy level decision makers from ICDE member institutions.
